How We Work

Sprint Rhythm
Section titled “Sprint Rhythm”- Sprint Planning (90 min) — Monday ODIN meeting - choose next experiment(s), define “Done” & decide rewards.

- Sprint Review & Retro (async) — demo results, capture learnings, .

Roles (lightweight)
Section titled “Roles (lightweight)”- Cultivator (rotates) — keeps board tidy, hosts meetings.
- Harvester (rotates) - Collects value generated and presents in the Retro
- Contributors — grab tasks, open PRs, request help openly.
Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”- Join the Discord → accept invite.
- Read the open proposals in the Google Drive.
- Add yourself to the Contributors list in the Google Drive.
- Comment or open a proposal issue if you have an experiment idea.
